Have we mentioned fun? You can recognize a Corn Island Daughter by her smile and laughter. That’s because we genuinely like and appreciate each other! Whether we’re gathering for a monthly meeting, working together on a project, or attending a large event, we have fun.
Corn Island holds monthly chapter meetings at 7:00 pm on the second Thursday, September-November and January-May of each calendar year. Our chapter meetings include chapter updates, fascinating programs, and social time to connect and build friendships. In addition to these gatherings, we schedule excursions to historic and patriotic sites and events, lunches/dinners, and celebrations throughout the year!
December brings our annual Holiday Gala – a fun evening of yummy food and fellowship. We celebrate our chapter birthday each year in February with a luncheon and Treasures Auction. Our annual Corn Island Summer Picnic is an afternoon of bountiful food, fun, and friendship.
